Rust Rocket International Ltd. Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rust Rocket Telegram Bot (the "Bot"), operated by Rust Rocket International Ltd., a company incorporated in the Seychelles ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
1. Description of the Bot
The Bot is a Telegram-based tool for interacting with the Solana blockchain, enabling features such as sniping, copy-trading, and revert-protection. It is non-custodial: we do not hold, control, or access your private keys, wallet, or funds. All transactions are executed directly from your wallet on the Solana network. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantees of performance.
2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. You agree not to use the Bot for illegal activities, including money laundering, market manipulation, or trading in restricted jurisdictions. You are responsible for all transactions initiated from your wallet and for complying with applicable laws, including tax obligations. We may require basic KYC/AML verification for compliance with our VASP license.
3. Fees and Payments
Fees are charged only on successful executions (0.6%-1.5% per trade, as displayed). Fees are deducted automatically in SOL. Network fees (e.g., Solana gas) are your responsibility. No refunds for executed transactions.
4. Intellectual Property
The Bot and all related software are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Bot for personal purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the Bot.
5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of data, or profitability. You use the Bot at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any losses, including direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from Bot use, network congestion, hacks, or market volatility. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the last 30 days.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of the Bot, including violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time without notice for any reason, including suspected violations.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Seychelles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the Seychelles under the rules of the Seychelles International Arbitration Centre.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
