    Automatically Collected Data: When you interact with the Bot, we may collect non-personal data such as wallet addresses (public), transaction IDs, IP addresses, device type, and usage metrics (e.g., trade volume for analytics). This helps improve the Bot and ensure compliance.

    User-Provided Data: If you contact support or undergo KYC/AML verification, we may collect email, name, or identification details as required by our VASP license.

    No Sensitive Data: We do not collect or store seed phrases, private keys, or full wallet balances.

  2. 2. How We Use Your Information

    • To provide and improve the Bot (e.g., optimizing latency based on usage).
    • For compliance and security (e.g., AML screening, fraud detection).
    • To communicate updates or respond to inquiries.
    • For aggregated analytics (anonymous, non-identifiable).

    We do not sell your data. We may share anonymized data with partners (e.g., for Solana network analysis) or as required by law (e.g., regulatory requests in Seychelles). For EU users, we comply with GDPR principles; data is processed under legitimate interest for Bot functionality.
