Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risks and is not suitable for all users. Before using the Rust Rocket Telegram Bot (the "Bot"), carefully consider whether it aligns with your financial situation, experience, and risk tolerance. Consult a qualified advisor if needed.

  1. 1. General Risks of Cryptocurrency Trading

    • Volatility: Prices of Solana (SOL) and other tokens can fluctuate dramatically, leading to substantial losses in short periods. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
    • Liquidity Risks: Tokens may have low liquidity, causing price slippage or inability to execute trades at desired prices.
    • Market Manipulation: Crypto markets are susceptible to manipulation, scams, and pump-and-dump schemes.
    • Irreversible Transactions: Solana transactions are final; errors, failed trades, or hacks cannot be reversed.

  2. 2. Bot-Specific Risks

    • Technical Risks: The Bot relies on Solana network performance. Congestion, outages, or delays (e.g., high gas fees) may cause failed executions, reverts, or losses. Latency (<750ms) is not guaranteed under all conditions.
    • Feature Risks: Sniping and copy-trading involve high-speed decisions; revert-protection reduces but does not eliminate all failures. MEV attacks or front-running remain possible.
    • Non-Custodial Nature: You control your wallet; we have no access. Lost keys or wallet hacks are your sole responsibility.
    • No Guarantees: The Bot does not guarantee profits, successful trades, or protection against losses. Factors like market volatility or network issues may lead to deviations from expected outcomes.

  3. 3. Regulatory and Legal Risks

    Crypto regulations vary by jurisdiction; using the Bot may be restricted in some areas. You are responsible for compliance.

    As a VASP-licensed entity in Seychelles, we conduct AML/KYC checks where required, but this does not eliminate all risks.

  4. 4. Financial Risks

    You risk losing your entire investment. Only use funds you can afford to lose. Leverage or high-frequency trading amplifies risks.

  5. 5. Acknowledgment

    By using the Bot, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Rust Rocket International Ltd. is not liable for any losses. This statement is not exhaustive; conduct your own due diligence.

6. Perpetual Futures (Perps) — Additional Risks

Perpetual futures (perps) are leveraged derivative products. Trading perps through Rust Rocket (e.g. via Drift Protocol) involves all general crypto and Bot risks above, plus the following.

  • Leverage & Liquidation: Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. If your position moves against you, you may be liquidated and lose your collateral. Liquidation can occur quickly in volatile markets.
  • Funding Rates: Long and short positions pay or receive periodic funding. Unfavourable funding can materially affect PnL over time.
  • Slippage, MEV & Execution: Execution on perps is subject to slippage, MEV, and network conditions. We aim for low-latency execution but do not guarantee fill prices or protection from front-running or sandwiching.
