Terms of Service
Last updated 20 November 2025. These terms apply to all visitors and customers of Rust Rocket International Ltd.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, legally permitted to trade digital assets in your jurisdiction, and solely responsible for safeguarding your Telegram and wallet credentials. Rust Rocket never asks for seed phrases or private keys.
2. Non-Custodial Access
All trading happens from wallets you control. Rust Rocket International Ltd. does not custody funds, guarantee execution, or provide investment advice. You authorize the bot to submit transactions on your behalf through MPC or policy wallets you configure.
3. Fees & Billing
Percentage-only fees between 0.6% and 1.5% apply on each successful execution depending on the routing profile you choose. Network and DEX fees (Raydium, Meteora DLMM, Jupiter, etc.) are passed through separately.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use Rust Rocket for illicit finance, market manipulation, sanctions evasion, or any activity that violates applicable law. We may suspend access if we detect abuse, automated scraping, or security threats.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Digital asset markets are volatile and same-block execution is not guaranteed. Rust Rocket is provided “as-is”; to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties and limit aggregate liability to the greater of USD $100 or the fees paid in the past 90 days.
