Rust Rocket International Ltd. is committed to privacy-by-design. This notice explains what we collect when you browse rustrocket.io or use the trading bot.
Data We Collect
Operational telemetry (latency metrics, anonymized routing stats), basic contact preferences if you opt in to updates, and analytics events from our website (Google Analytics / gtag). We do not store private keys or Telegram messages.
How We Use Data
To monitor performance, debug routing issues, enforce rate limits, and provide product updates. Personal data is never sold. Aggregated metrics may be shared publicly to evidence execution speed.
Sharing & Processors
We rely on infrastructure providers (Vercel, Cloudflare, bloXroute, Jito relays) strictly for service delivery. Each processor is bound by confidentiality and data processing agreements.
Retention
Telemetry is stored for a rolling 30-day period unless longer retention is needed for security investigations. Legal or tax records may be retained longer where required by law.
Your Rights
Contact privacy@rustrocket.io to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also object to processing or lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
